With professional training fully supported by the school and a community that welcomes familiar substitutes, this is a place where passion becomes meaningful impact for every child.

  • Our teaching team is built on remarkable continuity. Most of our educators have served children here for over 16 years, creating stability that shapes confident learners. Their backgrounds include public ISD classrooms, private academies, and early childhood specialty programs. Former teachers and parents frequently return to substitute, reflecting the strong relationships that define our community.

  • Children learn best by doing. Teachers are encouraged to design hands-on lessons that spark out-of-the-box thinking - through STEAM exploration, imaginative play, music, movement, and storytelling. We focus on academic excellence paired with social and emotional growth so every child can discover their God-given gifts.

  • We invest intentionally in our educators. Each teacher receives at least 24 hours of paid training every year, fully funded by the school. Courses range from curriculum innovation to safety, child development, and creative classroom design. This commitment keeps our team fresh, skilled, and excited to inspire young minds.

  • We partner with families who value curiosity, kindness, and faith-filled learning. Educators work alongside engaged parents, supportive leadership, and colleagues who believe creativity belongs in every lesson plan - and sometimes on the ceiling in the form of a papier-mâché rainbow.
